Memorial / Honorarium

Celebrate the life of a loved one with a memorial gift or honor a loved one’s anniversary or special occasion with an honorarium gift. A personal letter acknowledging your gift will be sent to your loved one’s family.

To give your gift in Memory of or in Honor of a friend or loved one, complete this form and mail it with your check.

Appreciated Securities

By giving a gift of appreciated securities you can save lives and receive a tax advantage by donating shares of stock to an IRS-qualified 501(c)(3) charity, such as The Caring Outreach.

You receive an income tax deduction for the full mean market value of the securities on the date gifted, applicable to the current tax year-plus-five; and you are freed from paying capital gains tax on the realized gain.

To donate appreciated securities, you must have owned the securities for at least one year before donating them.
